Bishop Richard Williamson (+ January 2025) allegedly confirmed to Sean Johnson that he had conditionally consecrated a Archbishop Carlo Viganò, 85, a bishop in 2023. Johnson published a 2023 email from Williamson on Seraphim54.substack.com on June 19. Johnson is a former seminarian of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (FSSPX) and father of nine children who now attends Mass at the US-based Congregation of Saint Pius V (CSPV), a splinter group from the FSSPX. Johnson's publication is consistent with information previously received by Gloria.tv from independent ecclesiastical sources. Viganò was consecrated a bishop by Pope John Paul II in 1992. Since 2023, a persistent rumour about the conditional [second] consecration of Viganò has circulated. Johnson’s article claims that he emailed Viganò twice in November and December 2023 asking about those rumours but didn’t receive a reply. Then, Johnson contacted Williamson. The central statement attributed to Bishop Williamson regarding …Ավելին
God bless Bishop Williamson. Perhaps Vigano was "Conditionally Confirmed" by Williamson but that doesn't take away from the fact that Vigano is playing all sides, especially "holy Russia's." I do not doubt the validity of Williamson's act but whether Vigano was in a state to be able to receive it.

2th Sunday – OT – A - Gospel - Matthew 10:26–33 - The Spirit of truth Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 10,26-33. Therefore do not be afraid of them. Nothing is concealed that will not be revealed, nor secret that will not be known. What I say to you in the darkness, speak in the light; what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops. And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather, be afraid of the one who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna. Are not two sparrows sold for a small coin? Yet not one of them falls to the ground without your Father's knowledge. Even all the hairs of your head are counted. So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. Everyone who acknowledges me before others I will acknowledge before my heavenly Father. But whoever denies me before others, I will deny before my heavenly Father." denicemay
The Diocese of Arlington, in Northern Virginia, has announced the creation of a new apostolate entrusted to the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter (FSSP), Bishop Michael Burbidge announced on June 19. Father Jonathan Romanoski FSSP and Father John Audino FSSP have been appointed to the Chaplaincy. Following the motu proprio Traditionis Custodes in 2021, the Diocese of Arlington experienced a unprecedented eradication of Masses in the Roman rite. With 21 locations, Arlington Diocese was one of the strongest for the Roman Rite in the United States. In 2022, the Diocese of Arlington reduced the number of "permitted" Mass locations from 21 to 8. Of those eight locations, only three - Saint Rita in Alexandria, Saint John the Beloved in McLean, and Saint Anthony of Padua Mission in Falls Church - received Vatican permission to continue Masses in parish churches. The remaining five communities were relocated to non-parish churches. #newsYopiywpnrj

The Dangerous Lie: "I've Done Enough" The Gospel reading about the five foolish and five wise virgins reminds us that we are all part of the church, the bride of Christ. We must be prepared for His coming by continually growing in our love for Him, not settling for the bare minimum. This requires self-sacrifice and vulnerability, but it is the path to true fulfillment and eternal love with Christ. Fr. Fatima has never shielded them, she has never rescued them, she has never advocated for them, she has never cried for them, she has never protected them, she has never even mentioned them. If you are looking for the authentic protectress of the unborn look to Rachel in Matthew 2 :16-18 16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men. 17 Then was fulfilled what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet, saying: 18 “A voice was heard in Ramah, Lamentation, weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, Refusing to be comforted, Because they are no more.” This is an unacknowledged double miracle in the Bible. Rachel was raised alive by God to mourn the infants 600 years after she died in childbirth. With lamentation, weeping, and great mourning …Ավելին

4.9K views · 838 reactions | Most people never question why the queen is the most powerful piece in chess. It’s simply accepted as part of the game. But for almost a thousand years, the board looked very different. The piece beside the king wasn’t a queen at all, and it certainly wasn’t the most powerful piece on the battlefield. Then, sometime during the late 1400s, the rules changed. The queen appeared. Her power expanded dramatically. And one of the oldest strategy games in history was never quite the same again. Maybe it was simply a reflection of the changing world at the time. Or maybe games reveal more about a civilisation than we realise. Either way, it’s an interesting chapter in the history of a game that began as a simulation of war, power, influence and strategy. #chesshistory#chesslover#hiddenhistory#oldworld#checkmate | Nashoba WakerUpper Most people never question why the queen is the most powerful piece in chess. S.D. Wright June 19, 2026 'The SSPX bishops are consecrated as purely 'sacramental Bishops' ... we understand our episcopal consecrations as conferring a real episcopal power,' His Excellency said. Bishop Roy (left) and Fr. Michael Mary (right) Following the announcement that Bishop Pierre Roy would be consecrating Fr. Michael Mary Sim to the episcopate, Integrity Magazine reached out to both clerics for comment. In separate statements provided to Integrity, Bishop Roy and Fr. Michael Mary offered further context and considerations behind the consecration, set to take place on July 25, as well as their understanding of the broader crisis in the Church. We also reached out to the Diocese of Aberdeen, where Fr. Michael Mary’s order (the Sons of the Most Holy Redeemer) is located. The Diocese did not provide a comment, but the diocesan bishop, Hugh Gilbert OSB, later issued a public statement describing the consecration as “unlawful and a grave act of disobedience, separating those taking …Ավելին

A great short story ~ Alphonse de Ratisbonne, a wealthy young Strasburg Jew was asked by a Catholic friend to accept and wear a Miraculous Medal. ~ In spite of his great aversion for everything Christian, Ratisbonne, to please his friend, not only promised to wear the Medal, but also to recite the "Memorare," although he added, "A Jew I was born and a Jew I shall die." ~ Four days later, while visiting a church in Rome, Our Lady appeared to him in all the glory and brilliancy of her Immaculate Purity. "Just as she is represented on the Medal;" he later affirmed, I cannot express what I saw of mercy and liberality in Mary's hands - the celestial sweetness and riches flowing in torrents and inundating the souls she protects." ~ From that moment he was a perfect convert. - He asked for baptism, studied for the priesthood, and spent the remainder of his life in works of piety and charity. ~ "She did not speak to me, but I understood all!" ~ (Alphonse de Ratisbonne, Jan. 20, 1842)
