The restriction applies only to graduate degrees. Four years of post-secondary education ought to be plenty for most fields of endeavor, including nursing.

It was always a Nurse that knew what was wrong with me. I even knew a few times what was going on. But the Dr.'s are clueless about everything. The only thing they know how to do today is order blood work for the same ole darn things. Useless tests to me. And now they insist it must be done several times a year!
I went to a Nurse once, and she kept insisting I had Lupus. Though I had symptoms I denied I had it. I guess I was tired of them finding something new wrong with me. She asked if it was ok she checked for it. I finally gave in. Lupus! Three tests at different times it came back as Lupus!
Doctors know nothing and good for nothing. I once asked another Doctor what was wrong with something else. He said, I don't know, just leave it alone. Nurse's with the highest education I would see way before a Doctor. All they know how to do is give out pills. And blood work. Besides, Nurses (most) are more caring.
Everyone knows the more education a person has in their field is extremely important. If you went to a car repair shop and the person only knew how to change oil and spark plugs. Would you let him fix your motor or something else important? Of course not. You want someone who learned about engines. Who went to school and put in their time to learn and earned their certificate.
Trump knows this. Everyone knows this. Or they should.

What we need are DOCTORS. There are too many nurses and nurse practioners in today's medical field.

I guess you didn't read the article. It says Nurses are lacking as it is. And yes, we do need Nurses. And the Doctors we have today are useless and incompetent. I went through many of them in the past decade. Still can't find one who is actually a Doctor. Not just a title. When I went into the hospital (out patient) it was Nurses that tested me and examined me. The doctor came at the end and told he sees nothing wrong. lol Yes! We need lots and lots of Nurses. And we need lots and lots of REAL Doctors. Nurses always took care of me better than the Doctors. And they are more caring in most cases.

Well I should say, they didn't know what happened to me. They couldn't find the cause or causes that was making me go through what I was going through for weeks. But they did find 3 more problems I didn't know I had.

My Daughter in law also had an operation done with a robot. Normal operation a Dr could have done easily. I told her not to do it and she did. Thank GOD everything was ok.

From what I know and have witnessed, there are many ladies (and men I guess) who were former nurses and gave up that occupation.

Father Karl A Claver And that shows we do need more Nurses! Who is the first person to check us? Nurses! Who is it that usually cares for us the most? Nurses!
And he knows this and that's why he is doing what he is doing. Doctors are useless and worthless today. The Doctors I had up North decades ago were awesome and knew what we had before they even took tests on us. Today, I hear, I don't know what it is. leave it alone. But watch as he keeps handing out those pills. They get paid for each pill they give out. They get paid for each prescription they give out. And each refill. That's all they are interested in.
